Community Room Fees

FY 2025-2026 Rates

Application fee: $40.50 per fiscal year. Fee waived for Library's current nonprofit/educational program partners.

Hourly Rates

Nonprofit associations and registered neighborhood associations (proof of non-profit status/registered association status is required): Application fee only.

Local or State Government associations (not including City of Salinas): $73.50 per hour.

Adult Programs

Adult DIY Take-Home Kits 

Assemble your own project creation.  We will supply the materials and instructions. You provide the imagination. 
Take Home kits will be distributed at 4 PM at all three libraries. While supplies last.

The Salinas Public Library has assistive devices to provide equitable access to print and online resources, as well as public programs. Please note some items are available for library use only.

LitLibLoot

LitLibLoot is a no cost book subscription program for teens. When you sign up you will receive 2-3 YA books picked specifically for you. While any library items included in the subscription must be returned, all the special mystery loot is yours to keep!
