June 11: Shibori Dyeing
Get ready for some discoveries with our DIY Shibori Dyeing Kit. Shibori is a traditional Japanese dying technique similar to tie-dye with many variations that result in different patterns. Our Shibori Maker Kit teaches you the kumo (meaning "cloud" in Japanese) pattern technique and includes all the materials, instructions, and a cloth to practice based on tutorials from Martha Stewart. We also include more resources so you can experiment with different techniques.
