FAQ
-
Can I make a reservation the same day?
- Some attractions may be available for same-day reservations.
-
I missed my reservation yesterday. Can I still use that pass to go today?
- No, each pass is only good for the reservation date listed and is considered 'expired' after the date has passed. And once you have printed the admissions pass, you cannot cancel your reservation and it will contribute to any reservation limit an attraction may have.
-
Can I give my pass to a family member or friend?
- The person who reserved the pass with their library card MUST be present with their valid photo ID (photocopy not accepted) and accepted form of the pass to enter the attraction.*
-
Can I reserve more than one pass for my whole family?
- Read each attraction's terms of use carefully. Some places may allow one pass to include discounted admission for more than 1 person when another may only allow children free admission.
-
How many different dates for the same attraction can I reserve?
- Read each attraction's terms of use carefully. Some places may allow unlimited reservation dates when others may limit them to only once or twice per year.
-
Why does it say I have to present my SNAP/EBT card?
- Many attractions also participate in the separate Museums for All program that does require a SNAP/EBT card. If the attraction is listed in the login portal though, it does participate in Discover & Go.
